🤢 Disappointing Experience at Chipotle
I visited your restaurant recently and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness, especially considering it wasn't even during a peak rush.
The number of dirty tables was unacceptable for how slow the restaurant was. It looked like basic upkeep was being ignored.
However, the most alarming issue was the presence of a cockroach in the dining area. This is a serious sanitation and health hazard that needs immediate attention.
I hope these major issues are addressed quickly, as it negatively impacts the overall dining experience and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.

Customer service here is awful . They are rude. Period. Must be a race issue because the 2 girls (both black) were super rude. The white girl was super nice. And yes I am white, my spouse is Hispanic. We Visited around 4pm on Sunday, they had nothing ready. The girls gave major attitude when I asked for beans that weren’t ready. She tossed the bowl aside and walked away from the serving line. Another girl stepped in to help but got frustrated at the cooks because none of the food was ready so she too walked away. So we all just stood there waiting .

Here 3 hours before closing and they were unwilling to get more lemonade, queso, chimichurri, or guac for our orders.
Cashier didn’t know how to use rewards in app, or scan receipt to add points to app.
Employees were too busy snapping towels on each other and taking their break to be of assistance.

Place was a disaster.... we were visiting from Austin and on our way back from a cheer competition and walked into an absolute wreck. As soon as we walked in, we knew something was very wrong. Staff members were loudly arguing that someone didn't make enough of something, food bits were all over the counter tops and floors, metal bins were empty on the food line and others stacked on the back tables totally filthy, there was some sort of open carton on their back table with no cap, off to the left was a pile of onion bits and shavings from a red onion that someone was chopping and should have thrown away. A heavy-set gentleman (employee) walked along the food line and proceeded to pick his nose with his bare hands and went over to that pile of red onions and began chopping. Ice was overflowing under fountain drinks selections. Rice was too salty. When we sat down to eat, we couldn't finish our food. Steak was rubbery and I got a big piece of the outside of an avocado in my guac and brown lettuce. We watched a female that works there, step out the back patio door and came in with a silver tray and used that silver tray to pick up food off the floor and used her foot to get it onto the tray. We threw everything away and left. Felt like the twilight zone. We usually love eating this in Austin, but this place was awful.

This place has gone so downhill, they need a new manager immediately. We’ve gone a few times hoping it was a fluke but nope. The first time they pushed the entire bar out to clean behind it before helping us (at least 3 hours before closing) we needed up leaving because we waited so long. I went tonight and we waited around 15-20 minute because the darker skinned girl with short braids was filling the entire line without talking to anyone or helping them. They said they didn’t have any peppers and onions (three hours before closing, I asked this time) and they said their prep team is horrible so they don’t have enough food to make it through the day. The line ended up out the door because they stocked for so long, when they finally did help they rushed everyone through and my husbands wasn’t even made properly. I think it is partially the employees fault but it’s truly the on the management to avoid these problems. Get someone in there that has any half a wit about them and actually cares.
