  Old white lady says eww as soon as I walk in. says its gonna take a while then proceeds to get on her phone. She kept telling customers that by me ordering online it messed up her "flow". I was Respectful all the way through and she just kept her attitude for no reason. Didn't have a problem being polite to others. Maybe a race thing honestly don't know. Pray others don't experience this.

  The worst service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Ordered a footlong combo meal and I only got the sandwich. Also had ordered it toasted which was not. Did not get my drink nor my chips yet paid 20 dollars for a sloppy sandwich. when I called to ask for my missing items the lady that answered the phone said it was not her problem She said a combo meal meant the sandwich with 3 meats and that's it. In the background you could hear a guy saying something about my order but the lady that answered just kept saying she was not responsible. I asked for her name and she kept refusing to give me her name and just hung up on me. Poor service and quality of food. DO NOT ORDER FOOD from this establishment unless you want poor service and food. Plus, I ordered the sandwich toasted and nope!!! just plain on bread.

  There were 5 people ahead of me and they got their sandwiches. I ordered a 6” BMT and a 6” Steak Philly. An older lady was helping the group of 5 ahead of me and a big young man with black curly hair started on my sandwiches. At this time there were two people behind me. He put the meats and cheese in the sandwiches and asked if I wanted the BMT toasted. I said no but I do want the philly toasted. He put the sandwiches aside and started on the man behind me two sandwiches. The older worker was still helping the lady select cookies. The young man proceeded to grab the man’s sandwich and both of my sandwiches to put in the over to toast. I tried to get the young man’s attention but he ignored me. Finally the man behind me raised his voice and said she doesn’t want both toasted. Again ignored until I had to yell pleas don’t toast that sandwich were the worker said “why are you yelling at me?” He ten toasted our sandwiches and put both of my sandwiches wher the veggies are. Next he COMPLEATED the man behind me sandwiches AND the lady behind him sandwich. He then went over to talk to the older worker at the register. I then tried to get his attention and asked him to complete my sandwiches please. He then ignored me again and after two minutes I put back the chips and left the restaurant without my sandwiches. I have never had such bad service anywhere such as this. I will NEVER step foot in this Subway ever again. And I am posting on Facebook exactly what happened today at this store. Shame on them for this rudeness!

  The employee on 2/1/26 had to be the worst employee ever. He could not make a clean sandwich, he kept putting the meat onto the edge cutting board (no telling when its been cleaned or what else has been there). He also seemed very off and weird. I won't be returning to this store.
