  Worst experience of any McDonalds globally. Will not be back and recommend to avoid until changes are made. First, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in many days. The counters, floors and bathrooms are diabolical. The food was brought to us and missing items. The double cheeseburgers were so hard it seemed they were a couple days old. The McChicken had mayonnaise all over the bun. Terrible from every aspect.

  Stopped here for lunch today. Let me just say that this McDonald’s “checks” all the boxes! Unbelievably slow service? Check! Dirty tables throughout the dining room and rest rooms that were absolutely filthy? Check! Employees that have “checked out” in every way that’s humanly possible? Check! So if you’re ever in Seguin, Texas, and want to see the most poorly-operated McDonald’s store on the face of the planet, make sure you stop in here……..😱

  Every single McDonald's worker here should be ashamed of themselves. They are lazy and they don't really care about going to work. They just come to work just to not do anything. You got to put into work and they don't do that. They are milking the system. It doesn't matter how busy they are they should have a certain time to get orders out That's McDonald's policies. Just like customers come first and satisfying them it's part of McDonald's policies and these people can't understand that. Out of the three McDonald's I have to say this one is the worst. They even worse than the one in San Marcos of Hopkins.

  Kiosk did not provide a receipt. Half of the kiosks were not in working order. Waited 20 minutes and still no food for dine in. Asked an employee to check. They had bagged it for carryout and it had been sitting, getting cold. Looked at tag and it was clearly marked for dine in. Only ordered 3 Sausage McMuffins. Certainly not worth the wait or inconvenience.

  Prepare for an exceptionally lengthy wait. We inquired about potential delays before placing our order and were disappointed by the extensive wait times. It would be beneficial to increase staffing levels during weekends and lunch hours. This experience has deterred us from visiting in the past. We decided to give the establishment another opportunity. Furthermore, it is imperative that the tea maker be thoroughly cleaned. The tea tasted unpleasant, suggestive of mold or other contaminants. Due to the already lengthy wait, we refrained from requesting a replacement beverage. Despite specifying no onions, our order included them. My fish was either burnt or recooked, and the fries were served cold.
