- HHhuguetteApr 3, 20261.0Extremely disappointed. As brisket lover , I love to buy brisket at H-E-B restaurant locations in seguin Texas. I bought 1/2 lb lean fatty chopped brisket Tuesday and my kids enjoyed it so yesterday 4/2/2026 I decided to buy 1lb lean chopped fatty chopped brisket so they will have enough to share . They served me meat in those little paper cups (where they usually put the sauce) on their desk it says medium size. One was full and one was half full 🤣 . A day before I was served the large paper cup full of meat so I was expecting 2 large cups of meat for 1lb for meat $30+. I noticed the big difference at the parking lot so I went back in the store for clarification ,honestly, I thought they made a mistake but 🤦🏾♀️. The lady at the front desk expressed my concern to a man behind her and without even looking/checking my order confirmed it was 1lb lean fatty chopped brisket 🤣🤣🤣 I had to add another 1/2 lean fatty chopped brisket and this time I asked not to chopped it. Guess what 🤣🤣🤣after chopping it myself at my house it a little bit more than what they served me . My only question here is why ? Why ? I wasn’t begging, I paid for it so why ? PS : the lady at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and was even chocked that I have to add another order . I think she was honestly sorry 😞 but her hands were tied. When we choose to come to your restaurant and buy food is not because we don’t know how to cook or that we don’t have time to cook at home , just that sometimes it feels good to eat a dish made by someone else. Sorry for the long review but I needed to share .

- ABAimee BrothertonMar 5, 20265.0Everyone of the employees and managers at HEB Seguin is terrific. I’ve been shopping her a few years now and have gotten to know a few people. I adore Judy. Love you! I can walk in there looking like a train wreck, having a rough day or not, and I’m greeted and treated kindly either way. Some days, like today I wish I was invisible 😂 curb side wasn’t an option. Gotta do what you gotta do. All of the managers really are terrific. David (no longer working there, followed his photography dreams) happens to be my neighbor. He once helped me with getting a basketball hoop to my house when I first moved here. Emiliana is a bright young lady and hard worker. Also everyone in pharmacy is great and helpful. It’s getting late and I can’t think of everyone’s names at the moment. But I can envision their smiling faces. You can tell that they all work well together. It can get pretty busy in there. And they all handle it like it ain’t no thang. It’s clean and neat and the foods always fresh. Great job yall!
