Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- BEBreezey EOct 26, 20251.0Unprofessional, incorrect order, food was ice cold, missing items, slowest service Ive ever had, rudest person at the drive thru window, food was mediocre and lukewarm warm, not made fresh to order, no quality control with drive thru management, Waited 45 minutes in their double drive thru, nobody ever came on the intercom, our lane got passed up by 10 other cars in the other lane, three cars from my lane just left without ordering, got up to the window and told them the intercom isn’t working and the guy replied “yeah we know we aren’t using that lane right now” with no apology. so you PURPOSELY let people lineup in a lane you KNOW is turned off, there’s no cones, no dividers, nothing to stop the 20 cars in my line from lining up. I told him that and he just rolled his eyes at me and scoffed like a four year old. Completely happy that he wasted an hour for 20 people who are probably on their lunch break, stuck and trapped in a drive thru by other cars. He needs to be fired and work somewhere customer service doesn’t matter. I’ll be taking this to corporate. NEVER going here or recommending this place again.
