From the employees to the selection it is so great! What really stood out to me was the friendliness of the employees and how far they go to make your experience better. I went through the self checkout and was having some issues with the machine and the employee Jonathan came over and not only helped me fix the mistake but was also so kind and genuine. People like that are exactly why we wish we had HEB back home. Keep it up!

Through numerous encounters over time, I've always found her to be extremely pleasant, professional, and positively engaging. Her dedication to creating an atmosphere where every single customer feels important by her is just one example of how much effort she puts into her job. It's gotten to the point where she even recognizes me! Her level of attention to detail is second to none. Often times, she helps customers before they even need to ask. Yesterday, (December 15) I visited the self checkout and saw that she was cleaning yet she still stopped what she was doing to talk to me. She asked me how I was doing, if I needed help with anything, and actually helped me find something I was looking for. She truly is always going above and beyond. I have an H-E-B closer to my house, but I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to go to this store due to employees like Kim that continually provide such excellent service. Way to go Seguin! I'm not the type to leave a review but y'all are doing amazing job with your employees. I cannot recommend this store enough!!!
