Today I came to the store on Valentines day it is 7:20pm and there is fish in the counter but the gentleman behind the counter stated he was closed and could not get us any fish. I guess customer satisfaction is at the bottom of the list at this HEB. Thanks, especially when all the other HEB's ive been to dont close the seafood department till well after 8.

The true reason I’m writing this review is to say how amazing my experience was in self checkout the other day. My elderly mom and I was shopping and went to self checkout, I had forgotten something so I went to grab it when I came back the employee named Kaden was standing right next to my mom showing her how to work the machine. He was so kind to her even when she was confused, and when it messed up on us he came back with a smile on his face willing to help again. My mom is still talking about how nice he was and how she feels comfortable going back to self checkout because he was so kind and willing to help. Thank you HEB for hiring employees like Kaden who are willing help those who are confused about the machines and who are just so kind.
