  The food is ALWAYS great here. I’m reviewing today though because there was a very helpful gentleman working the tables by the name of Kevin. He was very polite and well mannered and worked very hard with a smile on his face the whole time. He made mine and my wife’s dinner a pleasurable experience. Give that man a raise!

  Has to be the worst chick fila to exist. Drive thru makes 0 sense. Once you’re in there is no escaping, even if you have your food you have to wait behind whoever doesn’t. The mobile thru serves no purpose. Everytime I do the mobile order I wait longer for my food than the drive thru people. I’ve waited 15 min for my food multiple times at this location.

  During my visit today to pick up an order, I experienced a level of hospitality that genuinely stood out. Every time I visit this particular location, I leave feeling happier than when I arrived. The consistently warm smiles and welcoming atmosphere from the staff create an environment that makes guests feel truly valued. This location is not only a great place to bring your family on any given day, but it also provides a comfortable and inviting dining area that works well for meetings or casual conversations. Abi greeted me with a bright smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately set a positive tone for the visit. Larissa appeared to be busy but still made a point to acknowledge and greet guests, which reflects a strong commitment to customer service. Will, a team lead, worked diligently and demonstrated impressive attention to detail. Hannah showed strong focus and efficiency while owning the drive-thru bagging station. Overall, the experience easily exceeds a five-star standard. The entire team deserves recognition for their professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to creating such a positive guest experience

  Ever since this place has been open it has been a disaster. They take way too long here. The people who worker look like they're lost all the time. they don't know what's going on. I ordered here the other day with my family and the chicken was super dry and overcooked and burnt. I wasn't about to drive all the way back just to wait longer for some dry burnt food. I'm never coming back. Every Chick-fil-A seems to be like this. I prefer Popeyes chicken sandwich anyways.

  Normal Chick-fil-A, but be careful when ordering drive thru. I watched staff deliver my food to another vehicle. Then realize their mistake, pick it bsck up from that vehicle. Take it inside. Try to put the same food in a new bag and deliver to me. Then when I called them out on it by saying "I dont think you're supposed to rebag food and deliver it" the staff tried to say "I dont think she rebagged it" I WATCHED THE OTHER WORKER DO IT! Then they took the food back and set it on another bench, and asked me to please pull up past the window, I guess so I couldn't watch them rebag it again. I suggest keeping an eye on your order when you spot it.
