  Waited 20+ min for an order at the curbside pick up and watched 10+ people work their way through the drive thru (from entering the parking lot to then waiting for their orders after paying and eventually receiving their orders). I tried to go through the drive thru to figure out what happened to my order, but by then, unlike the empty drive thru when I arrived, the drive thru was backed up and at a standstill. The app had no options for recourse and I couldn’t go inside, so I was never able to pick up my order. Modern day thieves if you ask me.

  First they make us wait forever in line for our food then we get the food and it’s totally wrong nothing on our order was right and didn’t get any fries. Worst McDonald’s ever

  I was on a road trip today and stopped by to get some breakfast. I totally flubbed my order and the manager noticed that I was standing there looking my receipt and asked me if something was wrong. As she was fixing my error the young lady that took my order went up and asked the manager what she had done wrong which I told her she hadn't. Yhe manager straightened it out and I told the young lady that it was my mistake on how I asked for my substitution on the McMuffin. I want to say that they handled it very professionally, and quick. They even gave me a free coffee even though it wasn't their fault. I hope the young lady wasn't reprimanded. Great job!

  The worst thing about this McDonalds is that this our only McDonalds here. I would rather go to Brookshire McDonalds than go to Sealy McDonalds. Not only are the employees here grouchy, yes I said grouchy because that what they are, they don’t treat people with any amount of respect, dignity, or costumer service skills. This isn’t the first time but this too much. McDonalds needs to do something. Our food looked like it was thrown into the bag, no one was at the counter at all, people had to grab there own cups from behind the counter, and worst of all the employees looked like they didn’t want to work. Honestly how are people supposed to enjoy their food surrounded with employees that scream at customers and looks like one bad comment will get you punched. I will be leaving feedback on the website but from the looks of it that wouldn’t do anything.

  1 star is generous. Backed up drive through with no energy or concerns on how slow the line was moving. Order was taken incorrectly at speaker but I thought it was corrected at 1st window. Second window asked me to pull up for a cheeseburger, fries, and soda. No room to pull up since 3-4 vehicles already pulled up. Timed the wait at 12 minutes before food. Employee brought order and could barely speak….disinterested or high or both. Wrong food brought…and I just drove away. No more time left to waste. This location needs a complete overhaul to include the owner. What a shame…
