Feb 4th at 6pm Everything was fine until we stopped in and tried to get dinner at Carls Jr. I thought it was supposed to be open until 11pm. At least that’s what the website said. My husband and I were turned away and told they closed at 5pm. No reason given or sorry for the inconvenience. This is not a way to run a business or a way to treat customers. If you wanted to go home early or close early at least communicate better with customers.

I know she tried her best so I don’t blame her, however, getting 1 kolache and 1 sandwich should have not taken 30+ minutes and now due to wasting so much time here it added an extra hour to our roadtrip. Again, I don’t blame the worker, I truly felt for her and the company should not be so understaffed during busy moments and she did her part and did it great. Management needs to do better.

I go to Dunkin everyday and they never seem to get my order right the workers in there are very mean always have an attitude, there’s always a problem with there speaker. I have to sit and wait to order, recently when I went no one was at the speaker at all taking orders when I pulled up to the window they turned the lights off on me knowing I was sitting there for a while I even try to call there phone number and no answer? What is wrong with this Dunkin’Donuts and how is it even still in business
