  Placed delivery order paid and reconfirm DELIVERY was told it would be about 45 min ok no problem thanks. Called 1 and 15 min later someone put carryout on my order said that they would gladly just charge me for a delivery fee and send my order out after it had been sitting there for 30 min. Um no thank please refund my 51$ order. They got mad because i want to be refunded i dont have a vehicle to pick up my order that is why i confirmed delivery. Hopefully my money will be refunded and next time the people working can do their job properly.

  Let me start by saying I have always liked Domino's Pizza and have ordered from them for years. Today I ordered a thin crust Spinach Alfredo pizza. It was way overcooked and dry. The worst pizza I've ever had. I called the store to let them know. I was very nice and told the manager that I was just giving them a courtesy call. He said he was sorry that I got a bad pizza and hung up the phone. I would think that they would have offered to make it right or at least given a SINCERE apology. This Domino's will not receive another order from me. Do better please.

  Many customers share my sentiment about the Seabrook Domino's, citing issues like inconsistent quality, poor service (long waits, rude staff), "undercooked" or "burnt" pizzas, wrong orders, and subpar ingredients, leading them to suggest trying other local spots like Mario's or Marcos Pizza in Seabrook for Incredible Pizza and Friendly Service! And as always we have delicious Midnight Slice or Village Pizza & Seafood. Or Boondockless. Experiences don't vary, negative reviews do, people also mention of issues with soggy crusts, *sparse toppings*, and generally disappointing food, suggesting the Clear lake branch struggles with execution. Common Complaints: Quality: Pizzas arriving cold, undercooked, burnt, with missing toppings or wrong ingredients and minimal extras. While Management is just $$ oriented.

  Bro what the heck? I keep having problems with this store and this is my last resort & last attempt. Just ordered carry out, done in 10 mins, I head up there with my wife for the door to be locked, 11:30PM. Dude on oven sees us and starts speaking to the other guy. We head back to our car after no door answer yet they are right in front of us. We call them. Wait on hold to be told by the manager that we need to be on hold again while absolutely nothing was on the screen to be made and nothing else but our pizzas saying ready on the carryout tracker. Doubt they even made my pizzas. Not cool. If you don’t wanna take orders past a certain time then work a different shift. I even had a tip which is crazy, why would I ever tip these guys again or come back lol. Thanks for nothing.
