    If it wasn’t for the shift manager being so nice AND being the only helpful person there, I’d leave one star. For starters, it took 15 minutes to get our dine in order and the drink machine was out in the dining room and I’m fine with that BUT while waiting for the food, I spent 10 of those minutes trying to get my drink filled while the two other employees just completely ignored me until the manager came up and filled it for me (she was the only one willing to do her job apparently) and she was so nice. Then I finally got our food and of course I wanted a refill so I went back up there and of course got completely ignored even after one of the employees acknowledged me and said he will “be right with me” but again that never happened and the sweet manager came from the back yet again and helped me promptly again after the other employee made me wait another 10 minutes beforehand. Needless to say, the drive-thru definitely was getting the orders on time. You would expect a better experience in the dining room, right? Wrong. Ridiculous. With the exception of the female manager being so great at her job, the male employee with the ponytail needs to be let go.

    I came here for a free frosty deal. I used the restroom while I was here and there was the biggest roach I have ever seen in the restroom. I complained to an employee but they didn’t do anything. I didn’t see them kill the roach or anything. And their frosty machine was down. Overall, not a great look. They need to get some pest control up in this place

    Multiple times I've placed mobile orders for this location and regularly I'm told they are out of the items I order. What fast food place runs out of French fries? What wendys runs out of frostys? There has to be a way the location can disable whats unavailable to them on the app.

    I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a gentleman named Ollie at the front ordering register , absolutely sweet , informative and patient. Truly a joy coming across him. He made the atmosphere vibrant.

    We pulled into the drive thru today, when getting our drinks, the worker handed our FOUR drinks to us one handed, causing one drink to fall onto the ground. Then, when handing our food to us (5 bags total) he hands ALL 5 bags at ONCE, not even in a big bag to carry the food in, and when handing it over he lets go without giving a moment to ensure all bags are within our grasp (not that he should’ve gave all bags together in the first place). After watching our food fall to the ground, he picks up a bag that has the empty fries container, hands it to us, and then he closes the window. A few moments pass, he reopens the window to ask if WE DROPPED SOMETHING!!! We explain that the food dropped when he handed it over, he says, with intense attitude, “Well i was trying to hand it over..” then asks what all that WE dropped??? Then says they’ll have to remake what “we” dropped and to pull up to the line. After that, there was forgotten fees and we had to wait for that… overall just terrible attitude from staff, however we do realize for some reason they had this young man taking orders, paying people out, and taking food out when we could visibly see others in the drive thru, that holds no barring on the fact the service was rude as hell. would leave negative stars if possible. Should’ve gotten this young man’s name.
