He served us with genuine warmth and care, and answered all of our questions with a smile. He shared all the wonderful things about HEB (it was our first time here) and he said he loved working for the company. He checked on his med meal, to see if he could get us anything else.Pablo made our visit fun, and delicious! He is such a GEM of an employee! Andrew took great care of me, providing some great recommendations and following up to make sure all was well. Will definitely come again.
- JPJohn PulidoApr 8, 20261.0Food is ok...I eat here often and can at least verify the smoked turkey is good, and I usually get a baked potatoe, which rarely ever comes out steaming...but when they had a birria ramen special, my food was cold and ramen was crumpled to where it was impossible to eat with a fork. And today I spent the $14 to try 2 lamp pitas, advertised on 2 large round pitas. I got what looked like 2 very small baseball diamonds with a skimpy portion of very cold meat and stiff stale pitas. Their chicken strips are ok because they're mad to order, but they are WAYYYYYY over breaded and their creamed corn always needs salt. I usually don't write a scathing review like this but it's insulting to drop $14 and then be served with a cold snack
