This is genuinely the worse experience with fast food I’ve ever had in my life. It was getting a little late so I just decided to Uber Eats something. I would normally never order Taco Bell, but my sister kept begging so I thought why not? Let me telling you something, there’s a pretty good reason why not. One, the tortillas were all hard and old. Soft taco? In what world? Opposite Day? The pizza Mexico thing a ma jig, that was soggy and wet and they didn’t even cut it. Hello, it’s supposed to be pizza not a flying saucer drenched in vomit. Multiple quesadillas, missing. The quesadilla I did receive, it wasn’t even cut. Seriously? Isn’t it only like three cuts anyways? That was too much work for y’all? The nachos, completely missing. But somehow they remembered the cheese for nachos so I’m not sure what mental gymnastics we were doing. The drinks, missing. Mind you, I ordered a Pepsi and a sweet tea. Do y’all know how lazy you have to be to not get a cup, put some ice in it, press a button and then put a lid on it. Two drinks? And they are fountain drinks. You could have atleast given me a water if you were out of Pepsi. But no drinks at all?? This is a joke. I also ordered two cheesy Bean and rice burritos. You know how many I receive? None. The cantina chicken taco? I mean, I got it but it was terrible so I honestly deserve a refund for false advertising. And let me telling you something, that rip off chick fil as sauce, it taste alright for the first three seconds until eventually your brain snaps back and you’re like “wait a minute. This is trash”. So yeah, can’t believe I gave Taco Bell a chance. That’s like giving Benny Blanco a chance. I should have known I was in for a disappointment. I don’t know. Guess I’m an idiot. Atleast now I can save myself from ever making the future mistake of giving this place the time of day. Mind you, it was over a hundred dollars. And i don’t care if it was late at night, case I waited patiently. If it was one or two item, I would have given you a pass. But half the order missing and the few items we got were garbage? If you’re reading this and thinking about stopping by, don’t even give them a chance. Listen to the people who are trying to save you in these reviews. Trust me. I’m not a Karen, this is actually terrible service. I’m not even made in just disappointed. And if there is even one person who reads this review and I save them from making this mistake, that would honestly mean the world to me. Save your time guys. We live in Texas. If you want a taco, you don’t have to stoop this low.

This place sucks every single time I order food. They either don’t have any chicken ready or they are just slow.
