  "I went to H-E-B and saw Jasmine plants on sale for $7.50. However, when I went to pay, I was told the price was actually $8.99. I spoke with Nicole, the department manager, and he told me that everything on the bottom shelf was $8.99, including those plants. When I pointed out that there was also a $6.97 price tag at the bottom, he claimed it wasn't for that item. Clearly, someone needs to go back to the drawing board and learn how to place signs or merchandise correctly! In Texas, the law generally requires retailers to charge the lowest advertised or posted price. I guess..

  I wanted to acknowledge Elisa and Katie in the floral department for going above and beyond in customer service. My husband purchased A flower bouquet for a gift at the Bulverde road/ 1604 location. He asked for the flowers to be wrapped in paper and what they provided made the flower bouquet look old, dead and the paper was all smashed up. We were going to throw that bouquet away and go by the Schertz HEB to purchase another one. I called this HEB in Schertz and asked if I could take my receipt and bouquet so that they could see if it could be fixed or if I should Just throw it away. The girls did not hesitate. They rearranged the flower bouquet , trimmed the stems and wrapped it in nice paper. The recipient loved the flowers. I have to say, the flowers at the Schertz HEB are always nice and fresh. And the arrangements here are always beautiful. Thank you again for the great customer service. Will no longer purchase our flowers anywhere else.

  I ordered curbside delivery today as I am not feeling well and do not want to leave my house. My basil that I intended to use for soup arrived moldy, the delivery driver also dropped my pickle jar at my doorstep and let me know “he didn’t know what to do about it”

  Had to stop to get gas today with my mom and was helped out by Ben who made sure to ask if we needed help with anything. Also couldn’t help but notice how clean everything was, will definitely come back to this HEB. Cleanest gas station i’ve been to in a while 🧼

  Nice location, aside from the garden section. Entire storefront is covered with plants for sale, you'd think they want them to look presentable. So many were far past saving and yet none were clearanced. Made me real sad to see no one is caring for the plants. I know its a grocery store, not a plant store so expections are already low but come on guys. I live by the HEB in Lytle and their garden section is AMAZING. Maybe I'm just spoiled by that location 🤷‍♀️
