Came in picking up a DoorDash with my cousin and the manager started yelling at me that we can’t use the public restroom unless we buy something, even though we we’re picking up a DoorDash order from the store. Manager followed me out the store and proceeded to provoke me in fighting as I was in my car leaving

My friend and I walked in 30 min before closing, we both work in customer service and figured 30 min would be enough time to make a sandwich. When we walked in the workers just stared at us and looked at each other. When we asked if it was too late to order a sandwich they didn’t respond, they just looked at each-other again. So we walked out. Not one word was said to us. If it was too late, they could’ve just said or responded to us when we talked. This happened the night of 11/24/25. Again I work in customer service and will serve someone until the last min lol.

Maia was on point, came in last minute at the end of the night and she was super friendly with an amazing attitude. Always a breath of fresh air when people have impeccable customer service. This is not very common any more in the food industry especially fast food. Great job Maia!!!

Accidently ordered online for a different location. Showed up thinking it was here. Employee was absolutely rude with her approach and behavior towards me. I never accused them of losing my order. Very flippant. That woman deserves to be unemployed!
