We went through drive through and they hung up on us and did not answer for 5 minutes leaving us in the drive through. We then went to the window and waited another 5 minutes for them to finally open and answer us with rude behavior. When we got the food it was all thrown around in the bag not in its proper wrapping. They closed the window, we realized we never received our straws and knocked on the window again with no answer. There was only three cars in the service lanes and only us in the drive through. This is unacceptable, granted this is a sonic so I do not expect top quality service but this is not right.
