I said I had a mobile order pickup and instead of giving me my food they told me I had to go into the drive thru line where there was already 10 cars. If I wanted to pick my food up from the drive thru then I would have set drive thru. Wasted 45 min in a line for food that was cold because it was sitting there on the pickup counter. And there was no drink. Worst experience and this location always has issues.
