- TTTaniaJan 2, 20261.0Normally, we love shopping at H-E-B Plus, but tonight (around 10:45–11:00 PM) we had a very bad experience. I had a valid $10 off $50 coupon for 13 packs of baby wipes. Cashier Jazabelle and supervisor Abby refused to honor it, were very rude, and laughed at us as we left. This behavior is unacceptable, especially for families using coupons for essential items. I hope management addresses this.

There is also a BBQ restaurant which I hear is wonderful! Not my usual HEB but I would come back when I have a couple hours to kill. So much to see 🙈 so much to try 🙃
- TST ShangDec 24, 20254.0This store used to offer Baguettes made from scratch every day. Next it went to offering it only on weekdays, then eventually it stopped offering it. The ones they now offer seems to be pre-packaged, pulled out the freezer, and baked. The difference between the Baguettes made from scratch versus the ones they now offer, is day and night, in taste, texture, and appearance; especially being harder to bite into the pre-packaged baguettes. The baguettes made from scratch used to be sitting in separate baskets in the store and often sold out by 5pm. In contrast, the prepackaged baguettes are now blended in with other baked goods and are often available as long as the store is open. Multiple requests to store management to offer the Baguettes made from scratch again seem to have fallen on deaf ears, with multiple excuses given for not doing so. I hope H-E-B will start offering the baguettes made from scratch again; sooner rather than later.

There are so much to discover in HEBplus. We dont go anywhere else unless we are looking for something specific to that store. We will miss HEB when we leave the state.
