  Was way over charged for the order. The wanted to argue with me. Charged me for food I did not get and then didn’t want to take care of there mistake. The kids they have working there do not have any concept of customer service. The service here is absolutely horrible. Won’t be eating there any longer!!!! Sat away from there

  Today was my first time trying charley’s cheese steak. The gentleman that took my order was also the one making the food. He took my order with the same gloves he was making the food with. I paid cash. He touch the cash and coins then went back to make the order that was in front of me with THE SAME GLOVES on! Had to ask him to change out his gloves before preparing my food. Staff needs to be trained on proper food handling. This place is Expensive and had very little meat on the sandwich. Not worth the $17 for a large sandwich (The Old school). Disappointed, was looking forward to the food. Won’t be ordering from here again!

  This is my first negative review. I’m a big fan of Charley’s Cheesesteaks and have loved their sandwiches and especially buffalo chicken sandwich for years. However, this was not a good experience. They wouldn’t honor the coupon I had gotten from a different Charleys. That’s OK. None of the employees wore hair nets. My one sandwich took an extraordinary amount of time. The worst part is that it tasted terrible. It simply tasted like bread drenched in hot sauce. It was so spicey and bad that I couldn’t finish it. I haven’t given up on Charley’s but I will never eat at this one again and I will ever order a Buffalo chicken again.

  The guys looks like they were lost not knowing like what to do from I 4 sandwich order I only got one sandwich right, I went to the front talk to the guy and in other words he can’t do nothing about

  I’m not one to post negative reviews but felt this was warranted. Waited 15 minutes just to order. Waited 15 minutes for food (1 order of regular bacon cheese fries). Carbonation wasn’t working in soda machine but they wouldn’t refund our sodas unless we cancelled our entire order. Not impressed.
