  This location just opened up near me so I thought I would give it a try and try something new. I believe her name was Aracely that had helped me and even though it was really busy when I walked in, Aracely made the experience amazing. She stayed calm, friendly, and patient while helping me figure out the menu. She explained everything clearly and didn’t rush me, even with a long line behind me. Her positive attitude and great customer service made me feel welcome and comfortable trying something new. Because of Aracely, my first visit to cava was such a good experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I never tried Cava before but since it opened near my home I decided to give it a try. I told the employee it was my first time and she told me her name was Jayden and she welcomed me to Cava. She helped me through the whole process and telling me all my different options I had. I told her what I like and I ended up getting a pita with half steak and half spicy chicken with other toppings and it was delicious. I also tried the sour cream and onion pita chips and they were amazing. Hats off to Jayden for being patient with me and making my first time at Cava a delight. She was very energetic and welcoming and had no issue helping me get some food I would enjoy. I will definitely be a returning customer.

  I had one of the best experiences ever at CAVA, and I genuinely felt like I needed to leave a review because Aracely and Jayden absolutely deserve the recognition. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and so professional. Their energy completely set the tone for such a positive visit. Aracely was amazing she was patient, attentive, and made sure every part of my order was prepared perfectly. She paid attention to detail and didn’t rush anything, which I really appreciated. You can tell she truly cares about doing her job well and making sure customers leave happy. She had such a warm and kind attitude that made the whole experience feel personal and not just like another quick stop for food. Jayden was just as incredible. Her positivity and upbeat attitude made the environment feel so welcoming and comfortable. She worked efficiently while still being friendly and engaging. It’s rare to see employees balance speed and quality so well, but he definitely did. You can tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. The food was absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. Everything tasted so good, and you could tell it was made with care. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were great, and everything was presented nicely. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Aracely and Jayden are truly outstanding employees who go above and beyond. CAVA is lucky to have them! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. 😊

  Came in with my family really excited, walked in and was not greeted. It took forever standing in line, they were out of the basmati rice so my daughter got brown rice. Then they came in with some fresh basmati rice right after. They were out of pickled onions, out of 3 sauces, out of pita chips. Still paid and no complaints. Then when I got my drinks, no ice. Sat down all food was cold. Then another family walked in and 3 of the workings were laughing being loud and did not greet them either. It was 8:30ish pm, they close at 10pm. 🤦‍♂️ At least the food was good cold and they had Wi-Fi for me to write this post 😅

  I got a ticket for one free entree during the Cava community event, but I definitely want to come back and spend some money here! The prices here look very fair, especially for the quality I experienced today. As soon as I walked in, I could smell the spices, meat, and veggies cooking. It smells like a good Mediterranean restaurant, warm and aromatic, which I feel is important. The place is clean and well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. I was very pleased with my meal. All of the ingredients tasted good and felt good to eat--i.e., I didn't walk away feeling heavy or sluggish. That's also super important for a good Mediterranean meal. I liked the rice, hummus, harissa, meat, potatoes, and veggies I received. Everything is seasoned and nothing was ever bland or dry. And the cherry on top is that their fountain has Maine Root sodas! These sodas are made with real cane sugar, not high fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners. This is such a rare find for me, even at the most expensive restaurants I've been to. The only downside is that the cups they give you are very small, which leaves you with very little to drink if you're taking your food to go like I was. Cava accommodated all of my dietary restrictions, in fact. They have a QR code at the start of the line that links you to an allergen chart which is very clear and easy to read. That allowed me to craft a meal that didn't trigger any of my allergies or other sensitivities. I fully intend to return soon!
