  This morning I experienced the most rude and disrespectful service at the drive thru window, at what used to be my local coffee spot. I ordered, I paid, she tossed the change back to me. Wow!. Then shared a laugh with her fellow collegues. Since the entire staff was replaced the new replacements has shown lack of listening, friendly, and most of all basic customer service abilities. Offering Business advise; please provide some sort of Customer Service Training, which adequately demonstrates the proper skill set necessary to gain and/or retain loyal customers for future viability. Past Loyal Customer.

  There's a younger gal working here that clearly doesn't want to be here. One of the other workers even apologized to me for her brash response to a question.

  We had just ventured into the Cibolo/ Schertz area as we live in San Marcos and remembered seeing this place while heading towards our favorite Chicago restaurant (A Chicago bite) so we stopped by and woooowwww the food and coffee were delicious! We’ve been to other Dunkin’s ( round rock, Austin locations ) which this Dunkin by far was our favorite with the hashbrowns being crispy to the iced coffees being just right definitely will be heading here again considering my son loved the hashbrowns (2 years)

  Sooo, This is my first time coming to this location. I came in for 2 iced coffees and donuts for my wife and myself. The cashier was nice and helpful i gave her a tip for her service. The lady that gave me my coffees was not so generous. She puts my drinks on the counter and never looks up and continues to do something else. I wait patiently to ask her for a drink carrier mind you I have 2 coffees and half dozen donuts. Common sense right? So she tells me to wait one second while she finishes what she is doing and ends up asking another employee to give me a drink carrier while never even turning around like I was a inconvenience to her for asking for something I clearly needed and you would think that she would ask that seeing i jad a box of donuts also. So safe to say I will not returning to this location, it makes no sense to be treated like an inconvenience when I'm spending my money and bringing business to the establishment. Service would be 1 star if it wasn't for the cashier.
