I told her to count it again, and after she did, she said “never mind, it’s fine,” closed the window, and didn’t give me a receipt. When I got to the second window, my order was incorrect. I ordered a homestyle burger with only meat and cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie, but I was given a homestyle burger made all the way and a strawberry shake. I asked for it to be corrected, and they said they fixed it. As I drove off, I checked my burger and it was still made all the way. I went back inside and asked again for it to be made correctly. They said okay, but when they gave me the new burger, it had only meat on it—no cheese. Overall, this was very disappointing service at my local McDonald’s.
