I would not recommend their meat or produce as we've had to take back items more often than not. Just this morning, I open a pack of smoked hocks, well, they're rotten. Slimey and and terrible smell. My husband takes them back, gets another pack, we get them home and well same thing. Rotten. It's ridiculous. Produce is kept sub par. Rusted lettuce, molded tomatoes etc. I've worked plenty in the grocery business, mostly meat dept and produce dept and one doesn't have to be knowledgeable to know that their "standards" are not very high and and this type of neglect can lead to illness and much more. I would recommend making the drive to the LC location as they seem to take more pride in rotation, freshness and keeping to a standard of some form of common sense. ( If it's not good, don't put it out)
