I wear a helmet with a full-face visor, and I always lift the visor when I get to the counter. Today, before I even had the chance to raise it, an employee confronted me the moment I walked in, demanding that I lift my visor and acting as if I was doing something wrong. She was rude, dismissive, and claimed it was a “safety issue,” even though I’ve never had a single problem here before and my face is clearly visible through the visor. The interaction was unnecessary and handled poorly. After being a loyal customer for so long, I was disappointed with how disrespectfully I was treated. A little courtesy and consistency would go a long way.

Pizza got to my house, I tried to pay with a $100 (it was all i had) They were unable to take it, left with the food. I even offered to tip generously for them to take the 100 to the store and cash it. Only reason i am upset is there was no previous warning or anything stating that i couldn’t use a $100 bill. I’ve never had an issue like this before.
