At the least 50% mistake was tendons, pure fat. The thickness was maybe maybe the size of my little finger and thickness it’s just a sad day but more than likely. I’ve eaten my last dinner or lunch at saltgrass. One last thing, while ordering I asked about a salad and she mentioned three. Not till the next day did I find out that I was CHARGED $5 for the salad
