Lela and Ms. Lori are perhaps the rudest H-E-B employees I have ever encountered in my 25+ years as a customer. Highly disappointed, I will not be returning to this location. Abysmal customer service.

Everyone loves this HEB. I hope they never change it to accommodate people who aren't even from Texas. It's easy to get in and out of, with a wide variety of products, but also has incredible cashiers like Diego and Chris who provide excellent customer service to every shopper, and attention to detail. This is an awesome store, with excellent staff. Kudos. ❤️

Diego is an outstanding employee working extremely hard to collect the carts and then taking the time out of his day to help an elderly disabled person navigate their way into the establishment. He has great and positive attitude. Shout out to Diego!! People like you make the world a better place.

I was trying to figure where I could add helpful employees before I texted the following. The workers at HEB are very helpful. They listen and either fix the problem like moving a non- perishable product to its correct place or they help a customer like saying what interns at Honda would like in candies and seeing what organic dates may cost. All 3 employers stopped what they were doing and helped me. I went to the smaller HEB this morning and I was pleasantly surprised by new products. I'm going to mention 3 items here. First I'm always looking for future Halloween treasures as I don't give out candy. In their Easter Section I found Mini Magic Puzzle Cubes, each with different designs, rabbit, flower, and baby chick. At $1.50 they are in my price range for Halloween treasures. Next I eat fish. Today I saw in the endcap, packages of uncooked catfish nuggets for $5.97 a bag. I love Ramen noodles, but I only eat the noodles and throw out the seasoned packet. In the store's Oriental Section, I came across Haiku Rice Noodles in a bag, cook 3 minutes in liquid and the selected amount is done. The package is $4.18. I have two food products to experiment with and I'm looking forward to my cooking endeavors. Next time you go grocery shopping, you too mayl find a new product to enjoy, to cook, to eat, all at our local HEB.

After a great talk with the flower lady by the entrance, I went over to the deli to grab some items. As I stood there, a lady in blue was humming away. Paying zero regard that I was waiting to be helped. When she finally turned around to help, the lady in blue looked at me with disgust that I needed service. When she asked what I wanted, she asked me several times to repeat my order. Maybe it was due to the device in her ear that she couldn’t hear me. Tossed my items on the counter as I put my hand out to grab them and just walked away humming. If I knew this was the service I’d be receiving at this store I would have stayed away. I appreciate the flower lady but my deli experience here will keep me from coming back.
