- CSCameron Stevenson6 days ago1.0I can't wait till the McCarty location is opened. This place is packed all day. They proposed a third location at Hunter and Wonderworld 10 years ago and I understand there were some flood issues but it took the people of SM to literally bribe them to open a third store (oh I mean gave them incentives). HEB used to be a great company but even the "partners" will tell you (on social media) that it's gone to crap.. THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION ON THOSE "PARTNERS" THEY ARE DOING THE BEST WITH WHAT THEY HAVE

- LGLaura GonzaleMar 30, 20262.0Let me start with i absolutely LOVE HEB! But this specific store i disliked (and I've been to many). It really has a variety of items for it being kinda small store. My kids and I got there around 10pm to get a few items and we couldn't even look and shop around comfortably because of the employees passing by with pallets every 2 minutes. It got to the point where I just told my husband for us to leave because of safety concerns for my kids. It's like an accident waiting to happen. Employees passing with the big pallets, wouldn't even say excuse me or speak at all when my kids were looking at toys i would have to grab them and move them because of how fast they were walking with this things, and almost every isle was blocked by a pallet.

- OJOlga JaninaMar 14, 20262.0Corporate needs to take a closer look at these locations. Both employees and managers would benefit from updated training on H-E-B’s customer service standards. The parking lot is chaotic and feels like an accident waiting to happen. Inside the store, things appear disorganized and messy. Overall, this location feels overwhelming and does not reflect the level of excellence, dedication, and Texas pride that H-E-B is known for. Unfortunately, I would rather drive 40 miles out of town to shop elsewhere than visit the San Marcos locations. While that is inconvenient, it provides greater peace of mind than dealing with the conditions at these stores.
