Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    They took forever with my coffee. I asked for half/half and Splenda they gave me French vanilla and sweet and low. Kinda seems like they did it on purpose.They need to learn how to ready and fill a cup of coffee in less than 15 mins. Smh. How hard can that be to get a simple coffee order correct. I had to do another stop to get the basic essentials I paid for. I use to go everyday great andfast service, clarity on the orders. Who ever works there now needs to find a more easier job since a simple coffee order is way to complicated.

    (THE 5 STARS ARE FOR AN EMPLOYEE) I went last week in the early morning and the truth is that they were busy, even the managers did not know how to lead with so much. They had a very heavy attitude with customers and with people who were going to pick up orders from Doordash (they ignored them and looked at them very badly) and I understand, but that’s what managers and supervisors are for. They are supposed to have the experience and mentality to lead, organize, prioritize every order and every request. Btw. I don’t remember the name very well or how to spell it I think “Ecko or ecco” 🤭 from the same shift WAS INCREDIBLE, moving and serving customers quickly, rewarding the slowness and heaviness of the other employees. A very attentive guy with the orders, prioritizing the doordash orders so that there would not be so much congestion of people waiting inside the restaurant. He was so kind and very careful. Employees like him are the ones the company needs. Applying values, attention, affection and EXCELLENT service no matter how busy the store was at that time. My respects and admiration for you and THE ONLY reason why I would return to this store. Thank you ECKO 🫶🏼✨🔥

    Awful service (cashier frowned when she heard my foreign-sounding name), cold fries, tasteless Whatacatch. Loud people. The ketchup exploded on me when I opened it, not a fan of the ketchup containers. The only redeeming thing is that it’s clean and new I guess

    Why this lady gonna say I always call to remake my order and I'm like no ma'am I called and tell yall that yall got it wrong, I don't go back to pick up or ask for a remake. I live to far to be going back and forth..

    The self checkout was out of "tents" and it wouldn't let me complete my order without a tent number. There was no staff available in the dining room or checkout counter and my order timed out while the line grew at the chateau counter. The burger has iceberg lettuce, pale tomato, no sauce but mustard, and a seasonless beef patty with seasonless fries. The dining room has hard metal chairs with an aesthetic that feels like I'm in a low income high School cafeteria. I literally have no idea why I would want to come back to this place.
