Online orders that the restaurant is losing money on to fees shouldn’t make it so you’re turning in person customers away. It’s not the workers fault but there needs to be better management of online orders/turning them off when you can’t keep up with in person customers.

Please take a few extra moments and do your job correctly, this mess was barely acceptable when they only charged $6 for a combo, now they start at $11. Paid an upgrade for a large cold brew and only got a small. The young man at the drive through was very polite despite everything, it didn’t look like he was getting the help he needed though.
