I figured it would be wise to submit my order on the app so that when I got to the window my food would be ready to go. At 4 AM, I was behind a car giving their order at the intercom. I pulled up and said hi I’m here to pick up an order for Lauren. No reply. I pulled up to the window to explain that I was picking up my order that had been submitted a long time ago. No one cared. I sat and waited hoping someone would just hand me the food I already paid for and instead I was laughed at. No one cared to ask me why I was waiting, they mocked me when I waved my hands to try and get their attention. At 4:30 I finally gave up and left. Its unbelievable
