Found a huge bug in my drink once I got down to the bottom of it. Was absolutely massive and unfortunately chewed some of it up. ANY BUGS being in the machine is horrific as it is, let alone this thing. Employees only get away with what their leadership tolerates and the management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Get somebody else to run this establishment, or better yet, go ahead and sell the whole location. Will absolutely never go to Sonic again.

Very rude person I ordered an online order, but I had a family emergency. There was no way I was able to pick it up. I called and told her and she said too bad. There’s nothing she could do to cancel it. I would have to come pick it up. I told her my situation and I told her that I’ve gotten it canceled before and I needed to cancel because I was not gonna pick it up. I couldn’t a day later proceeded to find out I was still charged. I need my refund back, please and be careful of the kind of people that you hire
