You'll wait 15+ min in line which is understandable when they are short staffed but the food is always lukewarm and they constantly refry old fries. Yes we can tell when you refry the fries because they are brown and really hard with no salt.

I wanted the spicy buffalo sauce and the sweet and sour sauce, they gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for, and for some reason, gave me 2 small bags of fries when i only asked for one. Not at all happy, especially about the fact that i cant drink my soda. Texhnically i can, but only on break and thats not a long break.

Still, I waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told after almost an hour that they were out of Big Macs and I needed to go inside to change my order after disagree with staff I stayed in line. When I finally got to the second window, my order was completely wrong, and the staff seemed rushed, disorganized and rude. I was also there for the socks promotion, but after all the waiting and confusion, I was told they were out of socks as well. I’ve tried giving this location many chances, but after today, I’m officially done going to this McDonald’s. I’m genuinely excited for the new McDonald’s opening at Wonder World and hope the experience there will be much better.
