There’s no coaching going on their Team made a mistake and gave me the wrong order while my husband proceeded to return my order. The lady argued with him instead of just fixing the problem and demanded a hash brown that we weren’t even received back. We were charged for more and still received less.

They’re always confused when I tell them that I ordered on the app and I give them my name and instead of just like trying to clear it up they give me attitude like it’s my fault that they don’t understand that there’s an app you can order from. This has happened two nights in a row now. maybe three times the charm.
