  First time here and the staff was amazingly freindly! Food was delicious and for 1$ more i got a drink and chips. Great experience all around. Thank y'all!

  I came into the store on Saturday night right before they closed and there were 2 ladies there. The one who took my order was very nice and helpful since I had never been here before and she made conversation and made me feel welcomed even though I came in so late. The other lady made my sandwich and it was really fast and when I got home the sandwich was made perfectly! The best customer service experience I have ever had! Will definitely be coming back!

  Had to delete my 1 star review and upgrade to a 5 star! I had an unresolved issue with a previous order, but thankfully new management has since taken over. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Sam took matters into her own hands and resolved the issue effectively and efficiently. I am looking forward to many more future visits, if this is the kind of customer service I can look forward to. Thank you, Sam! Jimmy John’s, you have a great leader in your store.

  I don't know why it's acceptable for us to wait 20-30* minutes* for an order placed through the app. We literally live across the street but we wait* like ten minutes so it will be for sure ready right ? They don't start it until we walk in. .. then the 20/30 min wait for TWO sandwiches. While 3 separate customers walk in and grab their orders placed ahead of time. Weve never been rude or placed and crazy orders. In fact we used to work at Firehouse subs when it was good. We know how it should work. A 20/30 min wait time is unacceptable.
