- OJOlga Janina1 day ago2.0Corporate needs to take a closer look at these locations. Both employees and managers would benefit from updated training on H-E-B’s customer service standards. The parking lot is chaotic and feels like an accident waiting to happen. Inside the store, things appear disorganized and messy. Overall, this location feels overwhelming and does not reflect the level of excellence, dedication, and Texas pride that H-E-B is known for. Unfortunately, I would rather drive 40 miles out of town to shop elsewhere than visit the San Marcos locations. While that is inconvenient, it provides greater peace of mind than dealing with the conditions at these stores.

Trash and carts strewn everywhere, employees standing around gabbing in the aisles, grabbers who'd run over their grandma to get their order done 2 min faster, the front concrete hasn't been power washed in a decade, the list could go on. Only go here if you want to see how a poorly managed HEB runs.
