Ordered on the app to pick up in drive-thru and as usual it was busy so I knew I was going to wait. Didn't mind that at all. But got in line and was waiting for the young lady to come talk to me, as she did with everyone to take orders and such. She allowed 5 cars from the other line to go through before returning to the line I was in. I gave her my name and she read my order. Was not what I ordered. Showed her the app and she almost looked too confused. Verified my name yet again and told me to drive up Got to the window and the lady asked my name and tried to hand me the wrong order. So her smile very quickly diminished and she loudly explained the are two people in line with my name and we needed to verify the last initial. She was very rude about it all. Finally at my drink, I ordered three hot drinks. But mine was cold. So I know by the time I got home the others were cold as well. My hot coffee was cold when I literally ordered it right before I entered the line. That should tell you how long I was waiting in line. Never again.

I was having a pretty bummer day since my cat was very sick and thought some Dutch bros would lighten my mood as it always does. When I pulled up to the drive through I was greeted by Liberty excited to take my order, I had explained to her that I was having a bad day with the situation with my cat going on and that I didn't know what to get. Hearing how much I was overwhelmed, Liberty with her outstanding barista knowledge recommended me an amazing shark attack rebel with an assortment of add-ins to really make the flavors pop. The drink was absolutely Devine and will now be my specialty for when I return. Liberty the life saver she is told me that my drink was going to be on the house since I was having such a bad day, what a compassionate person she is!!! I had asked how long she had been working for Dutch bros and she explained that it had only been a few weeks, with her knowledge of all the flavors l'd assume she was a seasoned Dutch bros Vet!!!!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
