So the driver AND a worker on the phone guaranteed us we could call back another time and have the credit under our number. Lo and behold we try to place an order with that credit only two days later, and they don’t have any record of it. The workers were nice but it’s outrageous to forget our pizza and then take zero accountability.

And OMG, I ran to take the bitten slice out of his hands. He's allergic to jalapeños. We ended up in the emergency room so they could administer allergy treatment. His face turned red and his ears swelled up. Thank goodness it was only a small bite, and the worst is over. They should be more careful when doing their job. I called them twice to complain, and they just hung up on me as soon as I started talking. I'm going to find a legal consultant to advise me on this.
