  Closing down your ICE CREAM machines an hour early at a freaking DAIRY QUEEN is laughable.

  Was running late to an event so i thought we'd stop by to get something quick. Waited 45 minutes for 2 meals!! I had gotten the chicken strip basket and when they brought the food out then they decided to tell me they ran out of gravy. They could have asked if that was still okay a lot earlier or see if there was something else that I would have liked. The food was bad and I ended up getting food poisoning after that. I'm really disappointed because the strip basket is always my go to with the gravy. I'm not going back to this location anymore. Mind you it was nearly dead inside so there was no reason to wait 45 minutes for two meals

  Alexis is a great employee! She was so nice and friendly and helped us a lot with our order. This location was also very clean & well kept, GREAT SERVICE!

  THANK YOU SARAH B. AND TEAM!Cold rainy night, right before freeze, I pull up and the lady who took my order was an absolute pleasure, very patient with me as I took a while to order and answered all my questions! I look over through the window while I'm waiting for my food and she is dancing and having a great time. 10/10 customer service 10/10 vibe from Sarah B. (According to her name tag) That's the kinda young lady you hope the world doesn't suck the life out of lowkey
