  I absolutely love this Chipotle—it’s hands down my favorite spot! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether I’m craving a burrito, bowl, or tacos, they never disappoint. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team is fantastic. Special shoutout to Kat—she’s amazing! Always cheerful, efficient, and goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one. Highly recommend this location!

  The workers here are beyond nice. Every time I come here I just get a great vibe. From the girl manager with glasses to the employees (I need to learn names) 😂 they’re just really good at their job and wanted to take the time to point it out (I never write reviews). *not getting paid to write this 😂😂😂

  Experienced extremely poor attitude from the young lady that was serving the rice. I wish I would’ve gotten her name or even taken her photo so I can put her on blast. A simple request to get the rice from the center of the bucket caused her to go into an outrage where she throws the rice back in the pan with the spoon and walks away, saying I can’t do this anymore. I did agree with her and tell her that she shouldn’t be doing this. She has a very bad attitude and any management on site Didn’t even say anything.

  This has to been one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I placed an order online. When I arrived there was a young lady at the drive-through window who immediately gave me attitude. I don’t understand if she was already having a bad day, but she was treating me extremely rude. Her mood was already sour and when I asked her if I can have a vinaigrette she got even more annoyed, she told me that she was not gonna give it to me and I was like OK I guess not knowing what to say to that. At that point I just wanted my drink to leave then she told me, we don’t have it and I told her OK. Well, if you don’t have it, can I have a refund and she said no we can give you a refund just pick something else and I told her OK we’ll just give me a second let me look at the app to see what you have and she told me that she had customers inside and she didn’t have time to deal with me and I told her we’ll wait a second. I’m a customer as well. I just need you to give me a little bit of time to look at the options and she said pick something cause I don’t have the time to deal with you.I ask her why are you being rude to me? At that point, she just went back and she brought my drink the whole time she actually had the drinks and when I asked her what her name was, she that she didn’t have to give it to me do you want your drink or not and I told her to hold on I grabbed it before she actually dropped it. I don’t know if her intention was to drop it through the drive-through window or take it back, but I grabbed it as quick as I could, and then she slammed the window on me as she rolled her eyes when she was walking away. Didn’t even do anything to deserve this. I just literally went to go pick up my food. I don’t understand why she had a bad attitude or why she was taking it out on me. Definitely will try to seek out to a district manager.

  So this is my very first time going into this restaurant, my niece said it was really good healthy food. Who doesn’t wanna try healthy food. Well after this experience I’d rather get fatter and eat a chicken fried steak. The service was absolutely horrible. I really didn’t even get to see what they had to offer because the service girl was literally rushing me. I ended up getting a bowl of Lord knows what, I was so traumatized that she was rushing me to choose real quick. I really didn’t enjoy my food because I was so applaud by the entire incident. Needless to say I will NOT be returning.
