If you need to eat here order it in person because if you order it online they will screw you on the portions. Why? Because they know you probably won't go down there and even if you do... They tell you to call customer service... They have it all figured out.

The real issue was they overcharged us for guacamole and when we let them know the mistake they told us to prove it by showing them the order in the app because the app gave us a 3 dollar difference and when we showed it to them they replied "ok fine I will refund you." Terrible customer service over 3 dollars.

We tried to call the restaurant to see if we could get a replacement or refund but Chipotle does not allow you to talk to a crew member. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Edit: we also reached out via the link in the response to this review but never heard back.
