  Tried to call for over 2 hours on Thursday for Bogo day, the phone never worked and just gave you the bus signal. Tried to order the Bogo wings on the app but it said this location is unavailable please call….. one of the worst Bdubs services ever

  Oh gosh, where do I start on this one.....we came in for lunch, not busy, maybe 5 tables at various states of either finishing or ordering. 2 different employees came up to the hostess desk dropping off good bags and we weren't acknowledged....ok fine not their job. Then we sat down and ordered, waitress was obviously new so had to verify a few things, no big deal, got it done, cool. Apps came out and were good and fairly quick, then we finished our first round and apps, never got refills....30 minutes later finally went to the bar ourselves to order a second round, still no food. One entree showed, and wings were cold, set it back, then the other 2 came out with the wrong sauces .....then we found out why we never got refills, our waitress was cooking!!! Not even an apology from management for all the issues. This location unfortunately is run by the same management that killed the last wing place, anchor bar. Stay away and enjoy buffalo wild wings at a competent location.

  Went in with high hopes but came up short. We were greeted by a kid wearing a Spurs jersey, couldn’t even tell he worked there. He then proceeded to walk around aimlessly the whole time. Then what ruined everything was service. Took 3 separate times asking for our soda, she was not knowledgeable about the menu and never checked on us during our meal. The bartender had to deliver our cocktail because she was nowhere to be found. Wings were luke warm and not very good. The burger and tots came out good. Overall the location is terrible which is why no business ever lasts there and this won’t be here by next Christmas due to a weird layout and poorly trained staff. I’ll drive to New Braunfels next time for Buffalo Wild Wings.

  Stopped in with solid expectations, but the experience landed squarely in the meh zone. The food was okay, but it didn’t really match what the menu promised—flavors and presentation felt a little off from the description, which was disappointing. Service, unfortunately, left something to be desired. It wasn’t terrible, just slow and inattentive enough to notice, especially when the place wasn’t overly busy. Overall, it’s not a total miss, but it didn’t quite hit the mark either. Decent for a casual stop, just not a standout experience this time around.

  Ordered wings here, haven't really got much else from BW in quite a while. This restaurant is typically slow on getting orders out. Usually order for pickup and it will tell you online what pickup time is (typically 30+ minutes after order). Usually get there 5-10 minutes later and will still end up waiting another 10+ minutes for order. Staff is friendly and wings are what you'd expect. They are just slow.
