- TCToby Castillo3 days ago1.0Got here around 6:30 with 8 of us. We ordered around 7:00. Wasn't busy at ALL. Waited until 8:15 for our food and that was after we asked for our food. And it was only 4 of us that got it. Had to wait another addition 6 minute because they forget out chicken tenders, side of fires and cheese sticks. Food was solid but wasn't worth the wait. This is our second time here and the first time we still had to wait an hour for our food.

I kid you not, I’ve only had 3 visits where everything was good no mistakes. That’s out of roughly 20 times… hair in food multiple times (I always question gloves if they don’t wear hair nets), nobody at host stand, host and servers will finish conversation at host stand before acknowledging, nobody opens doors for struggling guest, and things often get rung incorrectly. Example: lunch specials come with drinks but I still get charged it separately dining in occasionally. I will say there is one gentleman who excels at customer service for the hospitality team. He’s the 3 visits where I have no mistakes lol.

We actually couldn’t believe it and when he refused to give it back we threatened to call the cops. Unreal that a manager would try and keep a real identification.

They didn't even scan my ID and threatened to keep it, and even after trying to prove my age they wouldn't serve me or anyone else of age in my group. Awful service.
