  I absolutely love Dutch Bros coffee, but will NEVER give this one another penny of my money. I order the same coffee every morning at whichever Dutch Bros location I’m at. I watch through the window because I enjoy the process, so when I saw her pour the “extra shot” first, I thought it was weird, but whatever, different people do things different ways. Then when she poured what should have been the full cup the same way leaving the rest of my espresso in the cup on the machine. When I tried to explain it to her, she said, “No I didn’t, I poured the full cup the first time” and shoved the cup out the window to me. Like I wasn’t watching the whole time, like I was a liar trying to get something extra for free when I was only trying to get what I already paid for AND TIPPED FOR I MIGHT ADD!! What the absolute heck. NEVER AGAIN DUTCH BROS!! I’ll drink Starbucks coffee that tastes like garbage before I let someone practically call me a liar and pay them for the privilege to boot again!! DON’T SHOP AT THE SAN MARCOS DUTCH BROS IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR AND DON’T WANT TO BE CALLED A LIAR WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT!!

  My order was wrong twice, once initially, and secondly when remade. Ordered protein mocha black forest, letf a tip of $2 before my order was made. Initially no cherry soft top, but did get the protein milk. Asked for a remake, the second time the texture and flavor of the milk was most definitely not the protein milk. I used to work for Dutch Bros, and am a long time fan. I order the protein coffee as I work12 hour shifts and don't always get the chance to actually have a meal. I don't like being one to complain, but today was just an especially rushed day and I really needed the boost in my day. On the plus side, their new sliders were fantastic!

  Staff is always beyond friendly. Our dogs especially love coming to get their pups cups. They tend to bark a lot but the staff love them & make us feel so comfortable every time. Our drinks come out quick & delicious every time. If ever a mix up they are always happy to remake a drink. Great vibes!

  Had the most sweetest interaction with the girl at the window. I wish I grabbed her name but she was the sweetest thing. We chatted about our cars and adding cute decor to them! She also was telling me about their new drink with the fun sour straw and as my mouth opened from excitement she was so sweet to give one to me to try! I absolutely love this store and every person has the best personality! If you see this just know you made my day girl! The little things are what matter and this was by far my favorite interaction with the workers! Thank yall
