  This is hands down one of the nastiest chipotles i've been to. The counter where they make the food is always covered in food and sauce and the employees literally don't care they will drag your burrito through the mess. And PLEASE tell the employees to change their gloves in between orders, especially if they're going to type on the register! it's almost like they forget that they're making food that people are actually going to eat. Also why are they always out of vinaigrette?

  Another bad review. It's 9pm and out of everything. Not sure who the gm is but someone needs to tell chipotle Corporate to get someone who will do their job.

  First off its like every employee in there hasn't been trained properly and when we asked a employee for double meat she lied and said she put in the burrito when we had watched NOT do it and she then proceeded to gaslight my husband telling us she put it in the burrito and then charged us for it. Absolutely terrible service and workers.

  The young lady working the working the drive through around 12:30pm today (3/15/26) I believe her name was Zaiab (?)- please forgive me if it spelled it wrong… but she was AWESOME! I hope she is in charge or training others 👏👏 we’ll be back

  You have children working here and you allow them to be mean to whoever the please. The service here is the exact opposite of what any Texan should be proud of. These kids don’t know respect, as a manager, you surely didn’t teach it. It’s the fact that you have a 2 star rating for a multimillion dollar company. It’s not like there’s another chipotle within driving distance, we just have a poor chipotle in San Marcos. Only reason I can find is you’re hiring the worst of the worst 19 year old employees. At this point I am available Tuesday, Thursday and weekends and I will not disrespect your guests. My only request is a can’t work with the little boy who has too many personal problems at home he’s physically incapable of separating himself at work. When looking over the reviews, it seems we have all had the same problems with the same exact young boy.
