- DBDia BrouMar 20, 20261.0I have been to this location countless of times and never had a bad customer experience. Came to get ice cream with my family around 11:55pm on Thursday, March 19th, 2026. As we approached the door, there was a worker inside actively mopping the floor. The worker mopping made eye contact with us the entire time we walked up. Instead of saying they were closed, she put her head down and continued mopping. After we pulled on the door to open it and saw that it was locked, she still decided to ignore us. She was very reluctant to open the door, once she did, she told us that they were closed. I asked her “How if it’s 11:57pm?” She just kept repeating that they’re closed. So I asked her to confirm what time they closed, she said 12am. After having some back and forth about confirming they close at 12am and why they’re closed so early, she then told us that her shift lead didn’t want us in the store at all and they put all the ice cream up. Cool. After that we asked for her shift leads manager’s name and number, she snarkily answered “Aurora”, told us to look the number up and slammed the door in our faces. Throughout the entire interaction she was very condescending. If you really close at 12am, you need to stay open and have the door unlocked until then.

Awful customer service. We asked what time they closed so that we will know for next time and they stated 12am, to which we replied that it wasn’t 12am so why are the doors locked and y’all are almost done cleaning. We asked for the managers name and number. They told us that we can look it up and then closed the door in our face. So rude. I have never had a bad experience at this location and I come very often, but this will be my last time.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
