They GM immediately offered to replaced the cup with a large cup. Loved the attitude. I believe they were having a mangers meeting and offered me to visit their plamview location unfortunately I rarely go that way or else I would of taken up on their offer. Two examples on how the management team demonstrated their eagerness to go above and beyond for their customers. Then to top it off the food was prepared fast and tasted awesome.
