- ECELMER CANO6 days ago1.0Hey hello heb in San juan an exactly this location a man in self checkout that goes by the name of jose had a very rude attitude when we asked him to help us called him a couple of time and ignored us but I honestly did not appreciated his attitude towards cause I was like ur there to help people that are having issues with the self checkout but that makes heb look super bad honestly and sadly to say that I won't be going no more there cause I a person with but attitude for one bad apple everyone takes it

Some weekends you can catch theme store events which are great for enjoying samples and entertaining the whole family. I find almost everything I need and there’s a lot of viral items available too.
- FRFelipe RojasOct 8, 20251.0On 10/7/25 I place a order thru heb app early morning for curbside ,I send someone to pick up my things in the afternoon,as they got picked up 1 hour later I get a notification that they messed up my order ,,I really couldn’t do much at that time because I was at work at the moment,,I called the next day early morning about my situation and they said they’ll fix it just to bring the items that they gave me so I did .i went brought them the items ,they fix my order and also gave me the items I brought back as a apology…so I left ,got home check items everything was there except 2 items some eggs and kool aid packets….i didn’t bother checking basket when I was at store because manager herself went and got my items …so I trusted her but I should of check…. I ain’t the type to complain but messing up my order twice? And then wasteing my time as well big no no …sticking to Walmart from now on …not coming back to this location…those lil kids at curbside takeing food to paying customers don’t know what they be doing ……👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
