- MSMax De Los Santos3 days ago1.0Today at the H-E-B in San Juan, I had a very upsetting and angry experience at cash register #25. After I paid for my items, a female employee wearing glasses stopped me and said I had not paid $28, even though I already had. I calmly asked what we could do to fix the situation. She responded with a very rude, harsh, and unprofessional attitude, telling me I needed to take off an item and that another customer would give me cash to pay. While I was putting my cash into the machine, the employee continued to act irritated, which made the situation very stressful and frustrating. After I paid again, the employee did not hand me my receipt. I had to take it myself because she walked away while using her phone. I have been shopping at this H-E-B since 2019 but after this experience, I will not be returning. Is this really how customers are treated at the San Juan H-E-B? Other H-E-B locations, including Pharr and even stores across Texas, provide much better customer service. This location seriously needs improvement in professionalism and respect toward customers.
