- MMMOS5 days ago1.0They prioritize the drive thru over the mobile orders. The mobile up told me that my order was ready when it wasn’t. So they told me five mins.. waited, went back, they said to wait another five minutes and that they were really busy. Busy with the drive thru peeps only it seemed, so I waited. After 15 mins or so, I went to the window again and gave me my straws that it be 2 more minutes, then shortly, that female worker knew who I was and still decided to literally overly shout my name as if I was not near her. Got my order and never going back to that ugly and unprofessional employees from Dutch bros at that location! Management, u need to do a better job hiring better people who are kind and willing to treat customers with utmost respect and professional.

- PPPattyJan 26, 20261.0I have been frequenting the San Juan location 1-2 times per week. I have had a numerous bad customer service experiences with a employee named Jade. I have withheld from leaving bad reviews in the past, as I know everybody has a bad day once in a while. However, after today's visit and seeing her wipe her nose on her hand and continue to prepare drinks without washing her hands, I have decided to write this review and switch locations. The problem is not dutch bros, rather Jade. She is rude, condescending and overall disrespectful to customers and staff as I have witnessed it firsthand.She needs to receive better training or look for another job that does not deal with customer service. I have brought this issue up with other employees and they claim to know exactly what I'm talking about. She needs to be fully aware that she has a job because of the customers.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
