  Horrible service. Hard, rubbery donuts, and horribly trained employees. Went through the drive through just for one of the employees to rudely tell me that the flavor of the drink i’d ordered was discontinued and then proceed to sit in silence. She didn’t offer any other customizations or options (for reference, the drink i’d asked for was a Signature Latte which has MULTIPLE different flavor customizations) merely stayed quiet. I just ordered the first thing I saw and drove up only to see another woman in front of me drive off angrily. When I drove up to the window the two young ladies seemed confused about what I had ordered and kept saying order after order till I told them exactly what it was. Both were very rude, no smiles, just annoyed looks between the both of them. Not one of the two gave me a straw till I had asked for it and to top it all off the donuts were stale. Very, VERY stale and overall undercooked (which how is that even possible?!) Overall not a great experience and is just a representation of the poor customer service training applicants are receiving. Please do better.

  Took a quick visit this morning for my usual vanilla latte and got offered a sugar free protein version of it alongside with a ‘golden donut’ needless to say thank you to the workers it is now my favorite sweet treat at Dunkin!! I will be back soon for more!

  Later today I went to go order some Donuts and they offered a coffee for my donuts , so I bought two coffees with my order. It was my first time visiting this Dunkin , and The employees were absolutely kind, nice, and attentive. The space was so neat and clean. I ended up with my batch of donuts and coffees with an awesome experience. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND WILL VISIT AGAIN !!!

  Very rude employees I visited today on January 2nd, 2026 for the mini tote promotion with my daughter and husband. We were all excited to go. When I arrived for my mobile order pickup, only my husband’s order was ready. Mine had been forgotten, along with several other mobile orders, which seemed to frustrate the staff. There were over five employees present, and while two young ladies prepared my drink, they repeatedly looked at each other and stared at me with visible annoyance. The behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially since I was there with my daughter and had not been rude or impatient at any point. Unfortunately, my drink was also not made correctly. I ordered a peach-flavored energy drink, but it tasted like plain carbonated water with no flavor at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers don’t experience the same treatment.

  Got avocado toast. They put avocado spread on a piece of sourdough bread not toasted 😔. Not to mention I asked for bacon paid extra for and had to go back in the get bacon on top. Took a bite bread untoasted.
