  Today was my second time visiting this location. I had placed an order online (for walk-in pickup) around 12-13 minutes prior. When I arrive they only had the drink ready, and the employee did not even mentioned that i was missing a croissant. I noticed and mentioned the missing item. She goes back in, and says "sorry its not ready" but did not mentioned if it would come out soon or now. After I prompted for more information, she relied that it was still 30 minutes more in the oven, and offered me something instead. I requested for a refund instead. For which she had to call the Manager, who came out with an annoyed attitude, not looking at me in the eyes, and went directly to the register to complete the refund transaction. I told the manager "good morning" and she did not even responded. She kept working on the transaction, and that made me commend on her lack of courtesy for something that it was on their end. I asked if this is how she treated her customers, if she would just not say "Good morning back". She replied, No. And handed me the receipt, and just left. Manager said her name was Hailey.

  They have messed my order so many time I lost count, I love Dunkin but I hate the staff on this store, they take 30min for a simple order of coffee and a breakfast sandwich when I walk in to pick up my order they don’t have my coffee ready, and they don’t even apologize and start making it, I had to cancel it because I was going to be late for work

  I love Dunkins! But sometimes their customer service isnt that great. And they dont make the coffees correctly. I guess it just depends who's working that day.

  It seems I'm not the only one that is commenting on the customer service. I made an online order for a coffee a few days ago and was not greeted with a good morning or welcome to the establishment. A week before I came in as a walk in and , as has been previously stated, was not greeted and took some time to get a basic coffee / single donut order. I understand it's a newer establishment and training may still be going on, but word of mouth is still very powerful. The leadership team really needs to step in and teach the basics. On a positive note, the drink and food was pretty good. Hopefully the establishment will get the training they need.
