  Used to come here all the time. Now not for a while due to them taking their time while causing a long line. They're nice, but it took me 30 to 35 minutes to get my drink. I got to work 20 minutes late because of it. I understand if your short staff or new, yet come on. I strongly encourage their training, and getting more help. At least got an apology, and my drink was made correctly. Good luck.

  I love their coffee it’s delicious and it always tested amazing. There is never nothing wrong with it. However, their customer service: they are soooooo slow ! They take about ten minutes per car. And once you get to the window for the drive through the workers are there laughing chilling taking their time while having a super long line outside. I was in the drive through line for 45 min!

  On Tuesday April 7th I went to Dutch bros like I always do I had gotten my drink in the morning and decided to go again in the afternoon this was around 7:30pm and had done an order online my daughter got off to get the drinks and the lady that helped her was very rude her name is Jae they did the drink wrong and to top it off she was very sarcastic and added a whole bunch of caramel to my drink I literally tasted the caramel more than the actual drink itself. Did not expect to get this type of customer service on this place this is my morning stop every single day the morning crew is the best they do my drinks the way I like them. Thank you!

  Second time here and i dont think i will go back. First time they took like 40 minutes to give me an order i placed with time through the app . I understood maybe of the demand and there was a special going on that i didnt know and it was understood. Second time i decide to try again also ordering with time 20 min before my “ready” time plus whatever min took me to get there. I waited another 20 some min to get my order and made it barely to work on time. It seems drive through gets priority but whats the point of mobile ordering with time if we still have to wait to get it when arriving. There should be an employee dedicated to mobile orders to work them as they go so they can be ready or just dont offer the service to be honest. I dont think i will be going back.

  The Night shift were absolutely awesome today!!! Johnathan attended us made me a delicious Caramalizer drink. He went the extra mile for my husband and I. He was very patient, kind and humble to us. Thank you Dutch Bros Coffee Night shift. You all are awesome 😎
