  My parents went into Walmart to get their car's tires rotated and decided to grab a bite to eat while they waited. As I got there with my Aunt to join them, My Mom was front talking to the gentlemen there making another sandwiche and told him the white bread was not fully cooked, and when my Mom tried explaining to him he acted like she didn't know what she was talking about then he was like "and what did you want me to do about it?" So my Mom was like "well I mean I'm letting you know the bread is raw and my husband was eating it like that" then she's like okay what ever cause she notice how she wasn't being helped and told me to order then the guy said "so your eating it but complaining about it" and from I told him he didn't need to make those comments or talk to my Mom that way. He tried to play it off as if he didn't say anything but I heard him clearly but he kept denying it and talking back, I asked for the Managers name and number and him and the girl working there both looked at each other and said "He is the manager" so I responded "everyone is always the manager when they are being called out". I left, I wasn't going to order from there so I got a plate from the Deli instead, when I walked back into Subway to my parents my Mom tossed her food and my poor Dad didn't even eat his sandwich comfortably been raw!!!! He was so bummed and hungry!!! The guy never once mentioned he could remake the order or offer a refund. When I asked for his name he said his name was "Joe... J.O.E (spelling it out to me like I didn't know how to spell)". My Mom even said the girl working there was rude and did not want to make the sandwiches she was standing there with her attitude waiting on my mom like as if she was the one talking forever to tell her what she wanted. And when I asked for her name as well she said "why me?". Overall BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RAW BREAD. We will also be getting a hold of upper management and corporate. Never again.

  They had the best server my family all ages. He had several customers yet he took care of our sandwiches. He was kind and courteous. Very patient with my kids unlike other staff.We really appreciated the service he provided my family. Thank you Fabian!
